We have reproduced a dozen score cards for real companies so that you can see the variability of results achieved by 12 companies in different market segments, industries, and stages of development. The different score cards give rise to completely different reports from our system. This demonstrates that each individual report is different and that the report you will receive on your business is quite unique and simply a reflection of the answers you provided when you completed the survey. The scores are given as a percentage but we have also adopted a traffic light system to identify where your business is doing well, where it needs some attention, and where it needs some serious remedial action.
Traffic Light System used in Sample Score Cards
A green traffic light signifies that this particular business area is working satisfactorily or better. The relative percentage score will give you a sense of how well you are doing. If you get a green traffic light, this indicates that no immediate remedial action is required in this particular business function.
An amber traffic light signifies that this particular business area is not working as it should. The relative percentage score will give you a sense of how critical the underlying issues are. If you get an amber traffic light, this indicates that some form of further analysis and remedial action is required.
A red traffic light signifies that this particular business area is in crisis. The relative percentage score will give you a sense of how dangerous the underlying issues are for your business. If you get a red traffic light, this indicates that you need to take immediate action to address a serious problem within this business function.
